NOTICE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
In accordance with state and federal law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the City of Hidden Hills does not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.
Upon request, the City will provide reasonable accommodations and modifications to ensure effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities to participate equally in the City’s programs, services, and activities, including qualified sign language interpreters, providing documents in alternative formats, and other auxiliary aids and services.
Anyone who requires an accommodation or a modification to participate in a City program, service, or activity should contact the City for assistance. The ADA does not require the City to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services, or impose an undue financial or administrative burden.
