The Long Valley Road On-Ramp Improvements Project is being funded by the LA County METRO Measure R and M sales tax to improve pedestrian and vehicular traffic conditions. The scope of work includes: a new right turn pocket from the Long Valley on-ramp into the City of Hidden Hills, a pedestrian sidewalk from the Long Valley Gate to the Ventura Boulevard/Valley Circle Boulevard intersection, and parking lot and landscape improvements just outside the Long Valley gate. 

Phase 1: The Parking Lot
Phase 1 has been designed and construction is currently underway with completion set for August 30, 2024. 

Phase 2: On-ramp and Sidewalk
Phase 2 of the project consisting of the right turn pocket on the Long Valley Road on-ramp, and sidewalk on Long Valley Road and Valley Circle Blvd. is currently in design.

The construction contract was awarded August 28th, 2023 with construction anticipated to begin October 2023. Read the approved report HERE.
