Overnight Parking on City Parkways is Prohibited May 7, 2019 by Mark Deitch & Associates, Inc. The Hidden Hills Municipal Code prohibits parking of any vehicle (without a City Hall issued permit) on any parkway between the hours of 3:00 am and 6:00 am every day.
