The City is pleased to welcome Transtech Engineering, Inc. as our new provider of Building & Safety and City Engineering services. Transtech is ready to assist residents, architects, and contractors with all building, safety, and engineering needs, bringing experience, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Serving the community on a regular basis will be City Engineer Michael Ackerman, Building Inspector Medhi Eskandari, and Building Official Dennis Tarango. In addition to the on-site representatives, Transtech provides access to a broader group of engineers and inspectors who are actively working on City projects and assisting during this transition. While not all personnel are stationed at City Hall daily, the firm remains fully engaged in maintaining continuity of service.

Together, they will oversee engineering review, inspections, and code compliance to help ensure projects move forward smoothly and continue to meet the City’s high standards.
