Micro-Surfacing (Slurry Seal) Project
The City of Hidden Hills will be performing roadway resurfacing (micro-surfacing/slurry seal) on Spring Valley Road, Long Valley Road, and Round Meadow Road (outside the gates), as well as in the City Hall parking lot and the City-owned Round Meadow School parking lot.
This work will be completed in multiple phases and will require temporary gate closures at various times. The scope of work includes:
- Removal and replacement of damaged asphalt
- Crack sealing
- Removal and replacement of traffic markings
- Application of slurry seal
Phase 2 – Micro-Surface Application
February 27–28, 2026
- Long Valley Road Gate
Friday, February 27, 2026 | 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
The Long Valley Road gate will be closed. This section of roadway will be closed to all traffic during this time. - Burbank Gate
Friday, February 27, 2026 | 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Burbank gate will be closed. Access to City Hall from outside the City will be permitted during this closure. - Round Meadow Road Gate
Saturday, February 28, 2026 | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Round Meadow Road gate will be closed for work on Round Meadow Road (outside the gate) and the Round Meadow School parking lot. This area will be closed to all traffic during this time.
Only one gate will be closed at a time. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead, use alternate gates as needed, and notify visitors and delivery drivers of these closures.
Additional information regarding gate closures for subsequent phases will be provided as the project progresses.
