On May 5, 2025, Council Member Adam Wasserman submitted a letter to the City Clerk formally vacating his City Council seat. In his letter, Mr. Wasserman expressed deep gratitude for the support, professionalism, and kindness extended to him during his time on the Council.

At its May 12, 2025 meeting, the City Council unanimously appointed longtime resident and former seven-time Mayor Stuart Siegel to fill the vacant seat. Mr. Siegel, a Hidden Hills resident for 36 years, graciously accepted the appointment.

With his extensive knowledge of City operations, history, and ongoing initiatives, the Council and community are excited to welcome Mr. Siegel back to the dais. During the meeting, he expressed his appreciation for the opportunity and stated he was honored to serve once again.
